Home Organizing: Turn Chaos into Calm

Life is busy. Between work, family, and everything in between, keeping a home organized can feel impossible. The to-do list never seems to end, and even when things get cleaned up, the mess creeps back. No matter how many times you try to get organized, it never seems to last.

But what if organizing didn’t have to feel so exhausting? What if your home had simple, easy-to-follow systems that worked for you? What if you could find what you need when you need it—and enjoy your space again? That’s exactly what this service is designed to help you achieve.

Boone and Jessica's Story

Before:

Boone and Jessica had a full house—two kids in sports, busy work schedules, and a home filled with things they wanted to keep and use. The problem? There was no system in place, which meant endless searching for lost items, piles of things without a home, and frustration when life got chaotic. Every attempt to organize felt like a temporary fix rather than a lasting solution.

Boone and Jessica and I had a meeting to discuss their Goals and Timeline.  We also included the kids at the end to see how they felt about the process AND to get their agreement to try some new things out.

Goals

1. Declutter the garage and organize it, especially for the kids sports equipment and outside toys

2. Figure out how to manage all the coats, shoes, bookbags, etc. in the front entry and coat closet

3. Get the kids to clean up after themselves and do more around the house

4. Do better with planning ahead and following new routines.

5. Have a system for dealing with all family stuff; awards, kids art, hobby and project equipment, etc.

After:

With a structured plan and the right support, Boone and Jessica:

✔️ Organized the whole house room by room to avoid overwhelm and focus on what mattered most.
✔️ Got the kids involved so they felt invested in keeping things tidy.
✔️ Created family-friendly routines to make maintaining organization easy.
✔️ Planned a family organizing project with a fun reward, turning a stressful task into an experience everyone enjoyed.

Now, their home isn’t just organized—it stays that way. Everything has a place, and the stress of daily clutter is gone. A weekly Pizza and Games night is when the family does their weekly planning and prep. work so no more less minute rushing.

The Support & Tools That Made the Difference

Getting organized isn’t just about tidying up—it’s about creating sustainable systems that fit your life. Here’s how Boone and Jessica made it happen:

✔️ Personalized Organization Plan – A step-by-step approach that tackled their biggest problem areas first.

✔️ Easy-to-Follow Checklists – Breaking big tasks into small, manageable steps made it easier to follow through.

✔️ Kid-Friendly Visual Systems – Labels, color coding, and fun organization tools helped the whole family stay on track.

✔️ Routines That Fit Their Lifestyle – A balance between structure and flexibility made organization feel natural instead of forced.

✔️ Ongoing Coaching & Accountability – Having encouragement, guidance, and troubleshooting along the way made all the difference.

With the right mix of practical tools, tailored strategies, and emotional support, Boone and Jessica didn’t just organize their home—they transformed the way they lived in it.

Boone & Jessica's Testimonial

*"We had a house full of stuff we actually used, but no real system to keep it all organized. With two kids in sports and a million moving parts in our daily routine, we needed something that actually worked for our family. Christa helped us organize our home one space at a time, and best of all—she made sure the kids were part of the process!

Now, we have routines that make daily life so much easier, and even the kids are on board. We even tackled a full family organizing project (the garage!) and turned it into something fun. Instead of dreading it, we finished the project and celebrated with a trip to the water park! Christa helped us build systems that we can actually stick to, and it’s made such a difference in our daily lives."*
